These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all transactions made on the MATROD® website. The website www.matrod.com (hereinafter: ‘the Website’) is operated by MATROD Sàrl, a limited liability company under Swiss law, based in Geneva; MATROD Sàrl, Rue de la Corraterie 14, 1204 Geneva, Switzerland, registered in the Commercial Register under number: CH-660.5.650.025-8.

- Conclusion of the contract
The sales contract is concluded as soon as the customer confirms their order on the website. This confirmation constitutes acceptance of the prices, products and conditions indicated at the time of purchase.
Once the order has been validated and payment confirmed, the customer will receive a confirmation email summarising the details of their order.
- Cancellation or modification of the order
You may cancel or modify your order as long as payment has not been confirmed.
MATROD® reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason.
- Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in Swiss francs (CHF), inclusive of all taxes (VAT included) and excluding delivery costs. The price indicated at the time of ordering is the price applicable to the sale. No additional costs — delivery, customs or other — will be added at or after delivery.
MATROD® never has access to your payment details. Transactions are fully secure and encrypted by our service providers (Postcard, credit cards: Mastercard/Eurocard and Visa, TWINT, PayPal, Stripe), without MATROD® or any third party being able to access them.
- Delivery
Products are sent to the address provided when placing the order. Except in special cases (weekends, public holidays), delivery takes place within 48 hours depending on the delivery method selected.
MATROD® is not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the customer. In the event of an error, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipment.
Despite our fast delivery service, MATROD® cannot be held responsible for delays due to strikes, postal problems or transport delays.
In the event of a delay of more than 3 days, the customer must check the parcel tracking and contact our customer service department.
Any anomaly (damaged parcel, theft, loss, missing, broken or expired product, etc.) must be reported upon receipt. In the event of an opened, damaged, stolen or lost parcel, a report must be made to the Post Office in order to make a claim. We accept no responsibility and will not accept any claims for damage, theft or non-receipt of parcels. Our responsibility is limited to providing you with the tracking number, which will allow you to check the shipment and delivery of the parcel to the address provided.
- Returns, defects and warranties
Customers may return a product within 30 days of delivery, at their own expense. Only unopened and unused items will be accepted. Any complaints must be reported immediately to MATROD®. Opened or used products are not exchangeable, unless otherwise agreed.
If a product is defective, you have 15 days after receipt to report it. After this period, MATROD® may refuse the return. The warranty covers the replacement, exchange or refund of the product concerned, according to the applicable conditions.
In the event of an error on our part, the return will be accepted after agreement by the after-sales service, and the return costs will be borne by MATROD®.
- Acceptance of terms and conditions
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that they have read and accepted these terms and conditions without reservation. These terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between MATROD® and the customer.
